Terms of Service for Ihealth Wellness & Anti Aging

These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the agreement between you (referred to as "Participant" or "you") and Ihealth Wellness & Anti Aging (referred to as "Company," "we," or "our") regarding your participation in the Nutritional Programs provided by the Company. By enrolling or participating in any Nutritional Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. 

1. Eligibility:
You must be an employee of Ihealth Wellness & Anti Aging to be eligible to participate in the Nutritional Programs offered by the Company.

2. Program Guidelines:
a. As a Participant, you agree to comply with all instructions, guidelines, and recommendations provided by the Company regarding the Nutritional Programs.
b. You understand that the Nutritional Programs are meant to provide general information and support for better nutrition and well-being. The information offered is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Personal Accountability:
a. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your dietary choices, nutritional intake, and any health-related consequences resulting from those choices.
b. The Company does not assume liability for any adverse reactions, outcomes, or medical issues arising from your participation in the Nutritional Programs.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy:
a. The Company respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Any personal information shared with the Company will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purposes of providing the Nutritional Programs.
b. You understand and acknowledge that the Nutritional Programs may require you to share personal health information, dietary preferences, or other sensitive details. The Company will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of this information.

5. Program Modifications:
a. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Nutritional Program, in part or in whole, at its discretion, without prior notice.
b. The Company may also update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, and your continued participation in the Nutritional Programs constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Intellectual Property:
a. All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, related to the Nutritional Programs and any accompanying materials or resources, remain the sole property of the Company.
b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content provided by the Company without explicit written permission.

7. Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in the Nutritional Programs or any breach of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability:
a. In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your participation in the Nutritional Programs, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of profits, or loss of data.
b. The Company's total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid, if any, for participating in the Nutritional Programs.

9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Nutritional Programs, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By participating in the Nutritional Programs, you affirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from participating in the Nutritional Programs.
